Main parts:
1. Feeding system:
Feeding hopper with grizzly screen to block out the big size stones (if needed);
Water spray pipes along the hopper linings for slurrify the soils.
 
2. Clay processing system: (if needed)
Clay scrubber with scrubbing teeth for breaking and washing off the clay.
 
3. Screening system:
Heavy duty vibrating decks screen for the washing, screening and separating
Double polyurethane decks, mesh size to be customized
High pressure water spray pipes above decks for water spraying.
 
4. Recovery system:
Knelson concentrator for fine size gold recovery
Jiggers for diamond recovery
